　　Pursuant to our last joint venture’s name change to Sika (Hebei) Building Material Ltd. in April, 2016, Sika China has now successfully completed the integration of its three acquired local entities which further strengthens the Sika brand in the China market.

　　暨2016年04月河北久強(qiáng)建材有限公司順利改名為：西卡河北建筑材料有限公司之后，西卡中國(guó)完成了對(duì)其屬下三個(gè)并購(gòu)公司的整合計(jì)劃，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了西卡品牌在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)上的影響力。

　　Sika (Sichuan) Building Material Ltd. (previously Sichuan Sika Keshuai Building Material Ltd.), located in Chengdu Xinjin Industrial Park, is now fully owned by Sika. With an area of 40,000 square meters, the company mainly produces concrete admixtures and other building materials as well as providing complete technical solutions. After years of development, Sika (Sichuan) Building Material Ltd. has formed a comprehensive array of systems for production and compounding. These systems include high-range, polycarboxylate superplasticizers, ordinary superplasticizers, pumping aids and more than 20 other kinds of liquid and powder products with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons. The company also supplies other building materials, including SikaGrout, Sikafloor, waterproofing mortar, and fireproofing coating etc. Sika (Sichuan) Building Material Ltd. has become an important production base of Sika in the West China Region.

　　西卡四川建筑材料有限公司(原四川西卡柯帥建筑材料有限公司)是西卡全資子公司，座落在四川省成都市新津縣境內(nèi)，占地4萬(wàn)多平方米，主要生產(chǎn)以混凝土外加劑為主的建筑材料，并提供全套解決方案。 公司經(jīng)過(guò)多年的發(fā)展，現(xiàn)在已形成了多種產(chǎn)品綜合配套、合成及復(fù)配的體系，其中有以聚羧酸系為主的高性能減水劑、高效減水劑、普通減水劑、泵送劑等20余種液體及粉劑產(chǎn)品，年生產(chǎn)能力20萬(wàn)噸。 公司還供應(yīng)其它建筑材料包括壓漿劑、壓漿料、灌漿料、各種地坪砂漿、防水灰漿、防火涂料等。西卡四川建筑材料有限公司已經(jīng)成為西卡在中國(guó)西部發(fā)展的重要生產(chǎn)基地。

　　Sika (Jiangsu) Building Material Ltd. (previously Jiangsu Sika TMS Building Material Ltd.), located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, was established in 1992. The company has developed from a military enterprise, to a private company, then to a joint venture and now as a foreign wholly owned company. After years of development and innovation, it has formed a complete system consisting of research and development, scale production, selling activities and professional technical services. Covering an area of 60,000 square meters, the company has eight production and compounding workshops with an annual capacity of over 300,000 tons of various concrete admixtures. Sika (Jiangsu) Building Material Ltd. has become an important production base of Sika in the East China region.

Upon acquisition, Sika introduced the newest high-range polycarboxylate water reducers which dramatically improved the company’s competitiveness! With an annual capacity of over 200,000 tons of various concrete admixtures, Sika (Hebei) Building Material Ltd. has become an important production base of Sika in the North China region.
